    • No. The phone will be shipped at no cost to you. 
  • How long until I get my Ensemble? 
    • Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. When your phone is shipped you will be sent an email with the delivery tracking number. You can use this information to get a more accurate estimate on the delivery date.   • Can I get more than one $75 (plus applicable taxes) Ensemble? 
    • No. This offer is good for one phone per residence. 
  • Can I go somewhere to pick up my phone? 
    • No. We will ship the phone directly to your home at no cost.
  • Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
    • No. The phone can only be shipped to a residence or office.

  • Can I get Ensemble shipped overseas?
    • No. The phone can only be shipped within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
